Ok, so it isn't a biplane!  You gotta fly something while you're building your airplane, so I went in 50-50 with a friend at work on this beautiful Aeronca Champ.  I tell you, if you don't want to build, this is a great option.  Simple, affordable, fun flying.  No starter, no radio.  We just use a handheld KX-99 to get in and out of Wittman field (OSH).  The controllers aren't too fond of the radio but it works.
