NorthNet's modem Internet service is designed to be fast and reliable. Our communication servers enable your computer system or network to connect to the Internet at up to 53Kbps. We strive to maintain a user to port ratio of less than seven to one. The NorthNet network is monitored 24 hours a day and is backed up via tape and `hot` servers; power is provided by an uninterruptible power supply system. The NorthNet sales staff is available 9:00am to 6:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept payment by cash, check, and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). There is no minimum commitment period and no setup charge. |
